Muses and It Girls: Erin Wasson

Desde que hace unos días puse el post the Alexander Wang, un montón de temas relacionados sobre los que me apetece postear van dando vueltas en mi cabeza, medias rotas, jeans rasgados...pero vamos a empezar por su musa-amiga-vecina Erin Wasson.

Erin se ha convertido en un icono, aunque no siempre fue así, y yo viendo su etapa de chica Maybelline me pregunto, que fué antes el huevo o la gallina? Realmente Erin Wasson inspira a Wang, o Wang la ha reinventado?

Sea como sea, Erin está transformada y su estilo inspira y se agradece su naturalidad y aire fresco en el mundo de las "it girls", su pelo de aire surfero y sus fantásticos y más que imitados jeans rotos ( a los que dedicaré un post lo antes posible).

Su nueva etapa, ya no cómo inspiradora, sino como creadora a cargo de una nueva línea femenina para Rvca, nos desvela una nueva Erin.


Since I post some days ago about Alexander Wang , a lot of connected ideas I want to post are in my head, shredded tights, distressed jeans ... but I will start with her muse-friend-neighbour Erin Wasson.

Erin became an icon, althoug she nver was the same she is now, having a look her "maybelline girl" time, I wonder if really she is a muse or a Alexander Wang creation.

Anyway, Erin is transformed and her style inspire us ,and her natualness and fresh air in the it girls world is wellcome, also her surfer hair and her so copied awesome denim shorts (I will post about this, as soon as possible).

Now she surprise us as a designer with her new line created for Rvca.
