ANIMAL INSTINCT

Las primeras camisetas pertenecen a la colección 08 de Martín Margiela, pero como todo lo que Kate Lanphear toca se vuelve tendencia, y fue su elección para asistir al último desfile de Marc Jacobs, hay un resurgir de esta pasada colección que alcanza cifras mileuristas en e-bay, ademas de haber provocado una gran polémica ante el posible plagio del artista David Penfound (cuyas camisetas podemos ver en la 2ª foto y que también se venden en e-bay a 20 euros).

A mi me recuerdan muchísimo a las camisetas heavies de los 80's y me producen extrañas sensaciones...

Y como no los caballos han tenido sus variaciones y sus secuelas, trayéndonos otras especies.

The firts t-shirts are from Martin Margiela 08 collection, but as Kate Lanphear choose one of them to go at the last Marc Jacobs show they are an object of desire again.
The Margiela originals from last year were more than 1.000 euros on Ebay, but you can get the original print t-shirt from the artist David Penfound for 20 euros also on e-bay.
Horses are only the beggining, we will see a lot of more animals this season.

Normalmente, sabeis que no hago posts exclusivamente sobre los fashion shows, y no es que Isabel Marant haya presentado nada realmente nuevo.
Más bien, su colección para el inverno 09-10 es una revisión de las tendencias de esta temporada: abrigos de pelo, animal print, chaquetas smokin, tachuelas, botas "over the knee", camisetas básicas, track pants, vestidos bandage...y por supuesto más pantalones harén, pero sin embargo me encanta!

Isabel Marant has mixed all this season trends: fur coats, animal print, tuxedos jackets, studs, over the knee boots, t-shirts, track pants, bandage dresses...and of course haren pants... anything new, but I love it!



Y como no podía ser de otra manera, está haciendo furor entre el Vogue team francés, Emmanuelle Alt ya tiene las botas del desfile un día después!

BASIC T-SHIRTS

Hace algunos meses conocimos la nueva colección de camisetas básicas de Alexander Wang, y es que nunca como hasta ahora una camiseta básica se había convertido en algo tan deseado por las más fashionistas.
Hace un par de días pasé por un Bershka y tienen multitud de modelos "inspirados" en los diseños de Wang, es decir, con el bolsillito. Son un poco estrechas para mi gusto, pero por 5 euros no se puede pedir más...
A mi las que realmente me fascinan son las más largas que pueden usarse como vestiditos, pero de esto todavía ...nada.

Some months ago we knew about the new Alexander Wang basic t-shirt and tanks collection, never a basic t-shirt was so desired by fashionistas...and 2 days ago I went into a Bershka store and they have a lot of styles "inspired" by the Wang designs, I mean with the small chest pocket. Maybe they are not so loose, but they are only around 5 euros.
